Crispy Duck Spring Roll &  Plum Sauce

The Germans have a long history of producing world class Weiss and the Dutch have taken the classic style famous for banana, citrus, cloves and butterscotch to produce this world class beer. The crispy duck matches well with the sweet malt in the beer whilst the high carbonation scrubs the palate so the sweet plum sauce can come though.  Another hugely versatile beer that works in equal measure with sweet, savoury and spicy foods.
